It had a capital of Rs 3,000,000$000 and was founded with the credibility (auspices) of the "National Coastal Navigation Company". The company had a contract with the Santa Casa de Misericórdia of the capital, "for the treatment of its insured workers, who will be hospitalized in private rooms.
