In the debut volume of the journal ATLANTICUS: EXEA MUSEUM JOURNAL (ISSN – 2764-7358), we begin one of the museum's objectives, which consists of fostering research and disseminating knowledge. Museums generally do this with their exhibitions, galleries, shows, events, and internal publications; however, Museu Marítimo EXEA decided that the public could also be part of the research and knowledge production, and the solution found for this was to launch a journal.
