September 2023 marked the return of new exhibitions to the EXEA Maritime Museum, now on its completely revamped platform. We are featuring the fascinating exhibition "Mermaids", curated by Andrea Caselli, which delves into the universe of these mythological marine beings. The exhibition explores their origin, with a focus on Greek mythology, and their rich representation in European arts over the centuries, covering history and symbolism. In addition to the new exhibition, we also launched volume 2 of "Atlanticus: Journal of the EXEA Museum", reaffirming our commitment to the dissemination of quality scientific knowledge in the maritime field. A month of celebration of knowledge and maritime imagination!
