In the first week of August 2019, the creation of prototype No. 1, which will serve as the basis for Museu Marítimo EXEA, began. The future museum comes with an innovative proposal of being entirely virtual, bringing to its visitors, researchers, and partner institutions virtual alternatives to learn, build, and share knowledge related to maritime cultural heritage from the Far East of the Americas.
