Description
On May 13, 1895, the Norwegian Brig, proceeding from Macau / RN, shipwrecked off Baía da Traição with a cargo of salt, destined for Rio Grande do Sul.
Notes
In the newspaper "A União", of June 4, 1895, the Sub-delegate of the 1st Police District of Baía da Traição sent to the respective newspaper an official communication of the shipwreck. The captain of the vessel Reinertsam died on May 24, 1895. The crew members considered that his grave should be the "vast ocean".
