Atlanticus: Volume 1

ATLANTICUS: EXEA MUSEUM JOURNAL is a specialized journal dedicated to the study of the Atlantic Ocean, the second largest on Earth, which bathes the coasts of the Americas, Europe, and Africa, from Greenland to Tierra del Fogo.

Inspired by Fernand Braudel's conception of the Mediterranean as a spatio-temporal dimension and historical agent, the journal studies the Atlantic and its coastal areas through History, Archaeology, Museology, Heritage, and Maritime Law..

This is the inaugural issue of ATLANTICUS: EXEA MUSEUM JOURNAL, an annual publication dedicated to promoting the study of the vast and complex Atlantic Ocean.
