Notes
[Source 1] In 1899, next to the Cabedello station, belonging to the Conde D’Eu Railway C.ª Limited railroad, was “an important jetty where steamers and other national and foreign ships docked”. [Source 2] The use of this jetty, or "unloading bridge", was regulated by its owner due to the significant increase in vessels that no longer wished to travel to the Port of Parahyba and needed this structure in Cabedello for loading or unloading their cargo. [Observation] It may be the same jetty used in 1924 for transshipping cargo from Cabedelo to the Paraiban capital. However, they were separated because it is not certain that the structures remained the same.
